Introduction about Language
Telugu is one of the most beautiful language of all the Indian languages. Telugu is the native tongue for the people live in the South Indian state of Andhra Pradesh. It sounds so sweet when you say it in Telugu, that's why some people refer to it as the Italian of the East.
Unfortunately, all the books that were written to teach Telugu to English speaking people are out of print or not readily available. From the books it is very hard to learn the pronunciation correctly any way.
So here is my attempt to introduce you to our beautiful language of "Telugu". I am not a linguist, so my teaching methodology and the words I use to explain things may seem very crude to some of you guys. Any suggestions to make this page more useful to everyone are welcome.
